Hard to reproduce bugs

If you want to post a report about a bug that only happens sometimes, or if it's clear that the bug is only happening for you and not for most other people, then it would be great if you could provide any information about:

• Your browser
• Your operating system
• Your Flash version (find out by right clicking on the game)
• What exactly you did to cause the bug

Best of all is if you could find a way to reliably reproduce the bug.
